How we support disabled candidates

If you have a disability, a learning difficulty (such as dyslexia), a medical condition or individual need – which you believe may affect your performance in selection, we’ll be happy to make adjustments to our processes to enable you to perform at your best.

As part of our commitment to being a Disability Confident Employer we provide a Guaranteed Interview Scheme for candidates with a disability. The aim of the Guaranteed Interview Scheme is to offer applicants with a disability the opportunity to demonstrate their professional skills beyond the initial application stage of recruitment. If you meet all of the essential criteria as given in the job description you will be offered an interview for that position.

If you have any questions about our current vacancies or would like to receive any of our documents in an alternative format, contact recruitment@wearewithyou.org.uk

What is the Guaranteed Interview Scheme for Veterans?

As part of our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant we provide a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates that are veterans and meet all the essential criteria for a role. After submitting your CV you will be sent a form which you can complete to let us know if you would like to apply under this scheme.

We'd love to hear from you

Not all our roles require previous experience. If you have a keen interest in supporting those who struggle with substance misuse and mental health, or you have helped those close to you in the past, we'd still love to hear from you.

If you have the passion to make a true difference to people's lives, please do get in touch with a member of our recruitment team and we can discuss our vacancies with you.
