The more you know, the safer you'll be
We all want to change how we think or feel occasionally, for all kinds of reasons.
That’s why people ride roller coasters, exercise, build relationships and take risks. Drugs can also change our mood or behaviour, and whether we’re drinking our morning coffee or dancing all weekend at a festival, like it or not, drugs are all around us and we really need to talk about them.
Drugs can be seriously harmful, but like everything in life, the more you know the safer you’ll be.
We can fill in gaps in education, explain why people choose to take drugs and what effects those drugs can have on you, your body and your brain.
If you feel uncertain about the risks involved, or you want to make changes to what you're taking and how often you're taking it, we can help by finding a way that’s right for you.
Everything we talk about is evidence-based. We don’t give you our opinion - we give you facts and options so you can make safer choices for yourself. If you need a safe space to talk, one to one support or in a group, our door is always open.
