Please don’t hesitate to reach out
We’ll meet you where you feel most comfortable, such as where you live, at your school, college or youth club.
If you have a disability, are neurodiverse, or English is not your first language, please let us know when you get in touch. We make our services as accessible as we can, and we'll work out the best way to support you.
We run services across Kent. Our teams also go out into the local community - so regardless of where you live, you can access the support you need.

Schools can book in a Mind and Body programme by emailing MABadmin@wearewithyou.org.uk with a completed Project Request Form. (If you do not have one of these, please email us and we’ll send one to you.)
One of our team will get in touch to arrange a meeting to agree which year group(s) will be targeted and to plan a schedule.
We’re here to listen – you can tell us as little or as much as you want. We’ll work with you on your own goals, whether that’s cutting down your drug or alcohol use, stopping completely, or just getting a bit of advice.
