She's passionate about delivering high quality drug and alcohol services that make a real difference to many more people in Scotland.
Fraser is responsible for managing relationships with our commissioners and ensuring that we are delivering what is expected in a sustainable way.
Fraser joined WithYou from a national children’s charity. Prior to working in the third sector, he held commercial roles. Fraser says his move into the third sector was 'quite deliberate', and the drug and alcohol sector is one that is particularly close to his heart.
Tracy has been working in the voluntary sector for more than 10 years. Before joining WithYou as a service manager in 2018, she worked in residential rehabilitation, supported housing and peer-mentoring roles.
Tracy is a passionate leader and who is passionate about improving access to treatment, rehabilitation pathways and holistic community support.
Claire has more than 25 years experience working within the voluntary sector. This has included experience in drug, alcohol, mental health recovery and learning disability services, and residential, supported living and community settings.
Claire has a keen interest in models of collaborative working, and through her work strives to build relationships with partners to ensure the best possible support options are available to WithYou clients.
Sovay leads service delivery for With You in designated areas in Scotland. This combines driving performance, guiding improvement activities, development and partnership work in each area.
Sovay is continuing her lifelong commitment to Scotland’s voluntary sector in this role; having spent 30 years working in a range of roles including frontline worker, management, volunteering and business development.
Sovay is passionate about rights-based approaches; about tackling the social determinants of health, and in supporting staff wellbeing and growth.
